PH Jolly Terms & Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the PH Jolly website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the PH Jolly Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

PH Jolly reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PH Jolly will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the PH Jolly Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with PH Jolly's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the PH Jolly Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine law governing online gambling and casino-style gaming;
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register as players;
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of PH Jolly, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the PH Jolly Platform or any affiliated platform;
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

PH Jolly reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. PH Jolly's determination of eligibility is final.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the PH Jolly Platform, you must register for an account. The following rules apply to all PH Jolly accounts:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one PH Jolly account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. PH Jolly is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PH Jolly account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. PH Jolly will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. Identity Verification (KYC): PH Jolly may require you to submit government-issued identification documents as part of a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
5. Account Ownership: Your PH Jolly account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

PH Jolly reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the PH Jolly Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction;
• PH Jolly accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking;
• Deposits are generally credited to your PH Jolly account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider;
• PH Jolly does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name;
• PH Jolly reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming or compliance purposes.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification;
• PH Jolly aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider;
• PH Jolly may require additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms;
• PH Jolly reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending investigation.

5 Gameplay Rules

The following general rules apply to all games available on the PH Jolly Platform, including Money Wheel, Hip Hop Panda, Ocean King Jackpot, Keno Bonus Number, Color Prediction, Golden Land, Snooker, and any other games added to the Platform from time to time:

• Each game on PH Jolly is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing bets;
• All bets placed on PH Jolly are final once confirmed. PH Jolly does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets, except in cases of a verified technical error;
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, PH Jolly reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet amount to the player's account balance;
• PH Jolly's records of game outcomes and transaction logs are the definitive record of all gaming activity. In the event of a dispute, PH Jolly's server-side records shall prevail;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface. PH Jolly reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time;
• Players may not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform. See Section 7 for prohibited conduct.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

PH Jolly may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all PH Jolly bonuses and promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met;
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device;
• PH Jolly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will be forfeited and the account may be suspended;
• PH Jolly reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any player for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion;
• In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PH Jolly Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods;
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one PH Jolly account for any purpose, including to circumvent account restrictions or claim multiple bonuses;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on the Platform;
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the Platform or place bets;
• Money Laundering: Using the PH Jolly Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used on the Platform;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.

8 Responsible Gaming

PH Jolly is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to our players seriously.

PH Jolly provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their PH Jolly account at any time via account settings;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders or limits on the duration of their gaming sessions;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the PH Jolly Platform by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period;
• Reality Checks: PH Jolly may display session duration notifications to help players stay aware of the time spent on the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the PH Jolly Platform — including but not limited to software, game mechanics, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of PH Jolly or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the PH Jolly Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from PH Jolly;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game on the Platform;
• Use any PH Jolly trademark, logo, or brand name without prior written authorization;
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of PH Jolly's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by PH Jolly.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PH Jolly, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond PH Jolly's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Interruption or cessation of the Platform's services for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues.

PH Jolly's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PH Jolly account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PH Jolly makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

PH Jolly collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the PH Jolly Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

PH Jolly is committed to protecting your personal information and complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Key points include:

• Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance;
• PH Jolly does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes;
• Your data may be shared with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by law;
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal obligations.

12 Amendments to These Terms

PH Jolly reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, PH Jolly will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page;
• Notify registered players of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform;
• Where required by applicable law, provide advance notice of changes before they take effect.

Your continued use of the PH Jolly Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting PH Jolly customer support.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

PH Jolly reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) when requested;
• Discovery that you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you;
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Upon termination for cause, PH Jolly reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance where permitted by applicable law. Upon voluntary account closure by the player, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the PH Jolly Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

PH Jolly operates in compliance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
